Can I can track my order?

  • Yes, your tracking order will be sent out once we dispatch your order.

    Returns

    • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item before initiating a return.
    • All items must be returned in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition. Please note that we do not offer exchanges or returns for reasons such as a change of mind.
    • The buyer is responsible for covering the return postage and shipping costs. Refunds will only be processed for faulty or damaged items.
    • All returned items must include a tracking number.
    • Please ensure the item is shipped back to us within 20 days from the date of its arrival.

              Refunds

              • Contact us within: 3 days of delivery if you seek for refund. 
              • Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
                • Custom or personalized orders
              • Ship the order back to us no later then 20 days of arrival. 
              • Request a cancellation or an order: within 12 hours of purchase.
